The WKK is my home race and I really like that the course is challenging for the experienced riders, and at the same time suitable for first timers. The atmosphere is very positive and welcoming, with a good mix of German and international riders of all genders.

Waterkant Krit is a fixedgear criterium race based in Hamburg, Germany that took place for the first time in 2015. Over the last 5 years, it has developed into one of the biggest events of its kind in Europe. The event takes place as part of the City Nord Rennradtage and is an official race of the German Fixed Crit Series.
I love the high speed on the wide roads. And then this spicy hairpin which is made for attacks and might turn everything upside down in the final lap.
